Kingpin’s Hotel, New York | MCU Location Scout

You made things happen for yourself, now you’ll make things happen for New York.

Much has happened to Wilson Fisk in the past years, and now he’s returning to New York. He has set up his campaign headquarters in a hotel. This is presumably supposed to be the same hotel as seen in Daredevil Season 3 and Hawkeye–The Presidential Hotel. It’s not been referred to as such, but that seems to be the intent.

Rooftop and Campaign Headquarters

The opening shot of the series is looking at the Lexington Hotel from the rooftop of the InterContinental New York Barclay. This also happens to be Matt’s final vantage point surveilling the city, from the final episode of Daredevil Season 3. It’s also the same hotel where the rooftop wedding and reception for Wilson and Vanessa was filmed.

The room used for the campaign headquarters (and the party on election eve) is right off the balcony where Fisk and Vanessa discuss their current situation, and catty corner to the Lexington Hotel. The Street View below shows what the room looks like normally.

Fisk is seen leaving the hotel later, making his way through a crowd of supporters out front. He is greeted by a familiar frenemy, Matt Murdock.

This sequence was filmed at the corner of Leonard Street and W Broadway in Tribeca, just outside the New York Law School. Matt and Fisk decide to have a “little chat” and end up at the Square Diner, a stone’s throw away at the opposite corner.
