Inside the hospital, Danny fights a man who is there for the same purpose as he is. Unfortunately, things quickly get out of hand.

The interior of the records room in this hospital was filmed at Broadway Stages, in the same location used for the interior of Birch Psychiatric earlier in the season, as noted by the grey and white checkerboard floor.
