Episode 3 begins with the aftermath, as Cherry is taken from the apartment building and placed in an ambulance, while his attackers are placed in body bags.

This apartment for Cherry, as seen in episode 2, is presumed to be a soundstage. The apartment building used for the exteriors has yet to be identified. Cherry’s full name, Clark Pitts, is taken from an award on the detective’s shelf.
