A flashback from six months ago shows Talbot awakening in a hospital room after having been shot in the head by an LMD of Daisy. His family visits, but he becomes agitated, and General Hale argues that he needs to be moved.

There are several hospital locations in the Los Angeles area used by films and TV shows. This is probably one of them, but it has not been identified at this time. This location reappears in episode 21 as the hospital room where Carl Creel is recuperating.
