You’re in a secure military installation. One of those “doesn’t exist” places.
After being held for 6 months in a secret military facility, Hunter arrives to bust Fitz out. As they attempt to escape, a helicopter crashes behind a building, distracting the guards.
The building behind which the helicopter crashes and the building that Hunter and Fitz are running past are the same structure. They are part of the old Fort MacArthur barracks in San Pedro, now the Angels Gate Cultural Center. Once a functioning fort, this ex-military installation is now a museum and a set of classrooms. This building is Angels Gate building ‘G’.

Having escaped the secret installation where he was being held, Fitz and Hunter discover that they need to break back in. They disguise themselves as repairmen coming to fix a hole in the wall (which they created during their escape).
The entrance to the Blue Raven Military Base is located right in front of the Angels Gate Cultural Center, off Leary Merriam Drive.

Once on the base, Hunter and Fitz release a pair of ferrets to set off the perimeter alarms and distract the guards.
For this sequence, the duo is standing behind Building G in the area where the helicopter would have crashed in the first sequence, above.
MAP
Two guards stand in front of the “Military Airlift Hangar” building, which is attached to a hangar full of SHIELD tech, including Zephyr One. The distracted guards run off to investigate a disturbance, but return to fire on the fleeing aircraft.
The building is real and is off the parking lot on the west side of Angels Gate Cultural Center, accessed by NCO Road. The hangar is a digital creation, as is the departing Zephyr One. The interiors of the warehouse/hangar were filmed on a soundstage. Eagle-eyed viewers may notice a crate that appears to contain the Ark of the Covenant from Raiders of the Lost Ark.
