The last part of the Ghost Rider arc opens with the press, police, and SHIELD gathered outside a building in Los Angeles. Director Mace does not confirm the actual threat to the public. At the end of the episode, Daisy leaps off the rooftop of the building, shedding the seismic waves she’s absorbed, and ends up landing in the middle of a group of reporters, where Mace holds an impromptu press conference.
While the building itself was filmed in downtown, these crowd scenes and the press conference were filmed west of the Harbor Freeway. The action takes place at the intersection of Miramar Street and Huntley Drive. The initial reporter scenes, below, are looking east and south from the intersection, while the press conference, above, is looking west.

Daisy leaps off the roof of the building and is seen at the apex of her jump before falling back to earth, surrounded by reporters.
The background plate for this effect puts Daisy somewhere above S Hope Street and the Bank of America Plaza Concourse, which is about the midpoint between the filming location for the building (on S. Spring Street) and the thrall of reporters above.
