Agent Wellers informs Fisk that Karen Page has been taken into custody by the NYPD instead of the FBI. Fisk asks for the Agent’s coat and then strangles and pummels the undeserving Agent to death.

The caravan is traveling north on Madison Avenue, just past E 67th Street. The signage in the background didn’t help locate this street, as the Acadia sign is a realtor advertising a building for rent. Luckily, there was a Metro bus sign in the image below that provided the bus routes that pass this location, which was instrumental in finding this street.
