Do you know who used to own the Presidential Hotel?
After his successful escort from the FBI, Wilson Fisk is checked into the luxurious penthouse of the Presidential Hotel in New York City. This causes much concern among some characters in the show.
The Lotte New York Palace, which is a luxury hotel attached to the historic Villard Houses, was utilized for much of this season. It served as the hotel and its environs, including the bar, lobby, and back hallways. The only portion of the hotel (as seen in the series) that wasn’t shot on the property was the Penthouse and FBI Offices on the same floor–which appear to have been filmed on a soundstage. The same hotel featured on the Disney+ Hawkeye series as the site of a fundraiser in the first episode.

The Bar
The bar at the Presidential Hotel features in a number of the episodes. Matt wanders through it after he infiltrates the Hotel in episode 3. Then Dex reconnects with Julie and shares dinner with her at the same location. This bar is part of the Lotte New York Palace and one of the original rooms in the Villard Houses.
Parking Garage
In episode 3, Matt disables several FBI agents in the parking garage of the Presidential Hotel as he sneaks inside. Episode 9 features the FBI, all under the command of Wilson Fisk, leaving the garage to take him to a meeting. The garage makes a final appearance in episode 13 with both Dex and Matt accessing the hotel via the parking area. It is assumed that the parking garage of the Lotte Hotel was used for this location, but that hasn’t been confirmed at this time.

Penthouse & FBI Offices (Soundstages)
The massive penthouse that Wilson Fisk occupies, the hallway outside, and the FBI Offices where the Agents keep an eye on the Kingpin were all filmed on a soundstage for this season.
Rooftop and Ballroom (Episode 13)
With Vanessa back in town, the series finale features them getting married on the rooftop of the Presidential Hotel. The wedding reception is lovely, until Dex (dressed again in his knockoff Daredevil costume) shows up to terrorize Fisk. The series concludes with Matt on a rooftop above the hotel, looking down on the city.
Both the rooftop and the ballroom are the two locations used for the Presidential Hotel that were not filmed at the Lotte New York Palace. The rooftop and Grand Ballroom of the InterContinental New York Barclay were used for the wedding of Wilson and Vanessa. Both of these spaces are often used for actual weddings, not just make-believe ones. The shots of Matt on the rooftop at the end of the episode were filmed on the roof as well. Matt is at the corner of Lexington and E 48th. The Lexington Hotel is in front of him, and the two towers of the Waldorf Astoria can be seen behind him.
