Foggy stops by a private room where DA Blake Tower is about to give a fundraising speech. Foggy offers his assistance on helping get Fisk back in prison, but Tower asks him to leave instead.

While this might have been filmed anywhere, the fact that much of the rest of this episode was filmed at the Lotte New York Palace helped pinpoint this room. This is the Library room in the Villard Houses, as seen on their website. Even though this was shot in the same hotel that Fisk is staying in, it doesn’t seem as it’s intended to be at the same hotel.
