Matt wonders how the Hand can come and go as quickly as they do. It’s Foggy who suggests that Matt look for them in some abandoned railway tunnels below the city.

The tunnels that Matt discovers belong to the area under Fort Totten in Queens. These tunnels connect the various Batteries to the Civil War-era Fort.
