Rose says that address is the county cold storage building.
Establishing Shot
Peggy and Jarvis need to break into the County Cold Storage building to retrieve a sample from Jane Scott’s body. Unfortunately, Whitney Frost gets there first.
This establishing shot, above, proved difficult. The address on the building is listed as “109 S Bullard,” but the only address with that numbering is in New Mexico. Checking it out, the two buildings were a match, meaning that this exterior was a piece of stock footage (or a stock image) that was edited to add the “County Cold Storage Co.” sign above, as seen on the backlot image below.
The interior of the building is all presumed to be a soundstage due to the ludicrous size of the venting, which is able to hold Peggy and Jarvis side-by-side, along with other factors.

Back Alley
Jarvis assists Peggy by holding her so she can climb into a vent, rather than scratch up the paint on Stark’s Woody.
If the location above was difficult, this one was darn near impossible. It seemed like a backlot, as there was a certain sort of fakeness to the brick. Yet none of the backlot images of alleys showed this small loading dock. That was until a video of Universal’s backlot alleys popped up, showing the loading dock, which revealed how the production inserted a fake wall for Peggy to climb into. This was filmed on the south side of Courthouse Square at Universal Studios, and the park square would be seen behind Peggy, were it not for the wall.
