Bogotá Establishing – Night

After a brief flash-forward to the end of the season, the action returns to a nighttime aerial of Bogotá, Colombia.

In reality, this is a nighttime aerial of the exotic Pacific Heights area of San Francisco, CA–looking northwest towards the Bay. The stock footage shot that was used can be found at Getty Images.

Bogotá Street & Alley

The Agents investigate some weapons that have gone missing from a police van, and Mac discovers a new Inhuman that might be responsible.

The night and day sequences with the police caravan, plus the marketplace area where Mac sees Elena for the first time, were all shot at the Blue Cloud Movie Ranch. This is the same location that was used for the Bahrain flashbacks in Season 2.

Bogotá Establishing – Day

Bogotá Police Station & Square

Daisy and Joey visit the local police station to question the captain about the robbery. Later, Elena helps them get back inside by stealing a badge from an officer.

This authentic-looking Colombian Police Station is actually the La Plaza United Methodist Church, just off Olvera Street in Los Angeles. The square out front, containing the El Pueblo de Los Angeles Historical Monument, was used for the nighttime shots of Elena running through the crowd. The interiors of the station were filmed on a soundstage according to Agents of SHIELD Season Three: Declassified.

Bogotá Bridge

Bobbi and Hunter find the stolen cache of guns being offloaded and thrown off a bridge. Before they can question this further, they are interrupted by the local police, one of whom has the power to turn them to stone.

A small disused bridge over Piru Creek, and just off Center Street in Piru, CA, was used for this location.
