Establishing Shot

An establishing shot identifies Ibiza, Spain, but it does not quite seem to match the actual marina in Ibiza. This is definitely a stock shot, which was filmed in lovely Sausalito, California. That’s right! Northern California looks enough like Ibiza, Spain, to fool the audience. The shot was taken from Richardson Bay, looking west towards the town of Sausalito.

The shots of “Alexander Braun’s” yacht with Ward and Kebo spying on it via binoculars were filmed in the Marina Del Rey marina and in Burton Chase Park. The yacht appears to be docked just off the southwest tip of the park at the entrance to Basin H.
