Karen is grabbed by Wesley and pressed about her ongoing involvement in the investigation into Fisk’s background. She surprises Fisk’s assistant by grabbing a gun and shooting him before running off. At the beginning of episode 12, Fisk and his team find Wesley’s body, believing that Leland (or maybe Gao) might have had something to do with the death.

This location is one of the many ubiquitous warehouses used by the series, but is presently unknown.
