Much of episode 8 depicts Fisk in his Penthouse, until an encounter with Madame Gao reminds him that he too is involved in their enterprise.

The beautiful shots of the city and Hudson River were filmed from an apartment at 71 Murray Street in New York. Judging from the exterior views of this building, the production was filming on the second floor from the top in the northwest corner.

An establishing shot of the outside of Wilson Fisk’s building was the Yves Chelsea. It’s impressiveness matched the interiors enough that it was believed the interiors could have also been filmed at this location, until the scenes from the windows were compared with the surrounding neighborhood.

Exterior Entrance

In the final episode, FBI Agents enter the building where Fisk lives and escorts him out into a prisoner transport. This was filmed outside the building at 24-01 44th Rd, in Long Island City.
