In episode 8, it seemed like all Wesley did was call Fisk with bad news.

Wesley interrupts another phone call of Fisk’s to let him know that Detective Blake has regained consciousness and is about to be a problem for them.
It’s difficult to identify this location, but it appears to be by the docks, given the sound effects in the background. It’s also definitely by a narrow body of water, as there are reflections later in the sequence. Given the filming that took place near Newtown Creek in this episode, it was probably shot in that vicinity.

Later, Wesley makes another call from the back of a car driving along a street. He lets Fisk know that Madame Gao is on her way to see him.
Going out on a limb, it seems like this quick scene was probably shot in Brooklyn, but there’s so little to go on, it’s very easy to say that.
