Karen stops by Elena’s apartment to ask her about additional clues for connecting the dots between Union Allied and the people who damaged the apartment. As Karen leaves, she is accosted by the two people that Armand Tully hired to damage the apartment, but Foggy steps in from nowhere to help her.

The interiors of Elena’s apartment were shown in episode 5, but that is presumed to be built on a soundstage due to the explosions that were set off in that episode.

The exterior was a tough find, due to the dark imagery. A For Sale sign in the lot next door seemed to mention Pacific Ave., so some searching in the Crown Heights area of Brooklyn yielded 958 Pacific, at the corner of Grand Ave.
