A container holding Black Sky is offloaded from a ship at the docks.

That thing in the container was not a child.

Stick and Matt head to the docks to prevent Nobu from acquiring something called Black Sky–which Matt finds out to be just a child.

For the longest time, this location was difficult to find. Given the lights in the distance, and the Statue of Liberty appearing in the distance in some shots, it was assumed that this was further to the northern part of Red Hook. Eventually, it was discovered on the southern end of the Erie Basin instead.
