The Ranskahovs are no longer a part of this organization.
Instead of meeting on an under-construction skyscraper, Wesley–along with Fisk this time–arrives in a body shop to inform their partners that the Ranskahovs are being phased out.
To be fair, Fisk was having some bodywork done on his vehicle. That is, hosing the rest of Anatoly’s body from the running board. At this time, the actual garage or warehouse location is unknown, and could be any number of converted places in Brooklyn or Long Island City where the crew filmed.
