This appears to be part of an underground garage, but the location is unknown. The third image below shows some minor details of the street outside the location. The building across the way appears to have scaffolding and a screen with red vertical stripes hanging over it. Many buildings in New York seemed to have this kind of decoration in the months the show was filming, July through December 2014.
