“I’m cat-sitting for a woman I work with. Tenth and 54th.”
Interior
After being discovered by Russian mobsters in Episode 2, Claire tells Matt she can stay at a co-worker’s apartment, who she’s cat-sitting for, at 54th and 10th. She mentions it is “apartment 412…in the building above the liquor store.” However, in this episode, the number of the door is No. 7.
The interiors of this apartment appear to have been filmed on a soundstage, for the very little that we see of it.
Below is an image of the real apartment building above a liquor store at 54th and 10th, but not the same location as the show filmed at.

Entrance Alley
Realizing Claire is in trouble, Matt races on foot to the alley outside this building and leaps on top of the dumpster to climb into the building.
While this is supposed to be the other end of the alley seen later in the episode, the two are not connected. There is a distinctive “Restaurant” sign, but without having any further readable print, it’s difficult to pinpoint.

Exit Alley
Matt hears Claire being abducted but does not get back onto the street fast enough.
The exterior, with an apartment building above a liquor store, was filmed on Frederick Douglass Blvd, between W 139th and W 140th Streets.
