AGENTS OF SHIELD SEASON 2

Flashbacks in this episode finally tell the story of what Agent May suffered in Bahrain. Marvel returned to the Blue Cloud Movie Ranch to create this Middle Eastern city in Bahrain, having previously constructed Gulmira in Iron Man.

The cafe pictured in the 4th image below has two different names on it: Two Palms Cafe and Twin Palms Cafe. This may be a production error, or just a nod to foreign locations trying to print English on their signage.

AGENTS OF SHIELD SEASON 4

Episode 11 features May revisiting the Bahrain mission inside the framework. It utilizes footage from Season 2, with the only new footage being a close-up of May in an ambulance calling Andrew to tell him she saved the girl.
