I swear, this construction on 5th has been going on forever.

Carla Talbot calls her husband to inform him she’s stuck in traffic and will be late for their lunch date.

I am under no delusion that the location of this brief shot will ever be found, but have included it here for completeness. It was presumably filmed on the streets around the Culver Studios, as so many other quick shots this season seem to have been.
