Simmons uses a dead drop in a city park near the HYDRA offices to provide notes to the SHIELD team on a flex screen that can mimic a menu from a local Mexican restaurant.

The Bank of America Park at South Hope and 4th Streets in Los Angeles provided the appropriate atmosphere for a public park.
