She flew into Belarus, bought a train ticket to a town called Zloda.
Bridge, Belarus
Several shots show a white van traveling around a non-American countryside. This establishing shot, of the van crossing a red bridge, was filmed in the Swedish town of Uppsala, which is about 90 minutes North of Stockholm.
The bridge was filmed from the northeast side of the Fyris River, catching the spires of the Uppsala Cathedral in the background.

Country Road, Belarus
The image below of the white van driving along a country road was filmed in Knivsta, Sweden, which is about 30 minutes south of where the bridge shot above was filmed, in Uppsala. The crossroads from this shot was filmed from behind the gate of the church in the following shot; the out-of-focus wrought iron is visible in the foreground.

House & Church, Belarus
The van also passes by a red house and an old church, which is the Vassunda Church in Knivsta, Sweden. The production rented a van similar to the one used in Los Angeles and filmed these scenes while shooting in Sweden.

Town Square, Belarus
Upon arriving in Zloda, Coulson and Ward leave the rest of the team to investigate in town. Since none of the cast left California for this episode, shots of this quaint town were filmed on Universal Studios’ Little Europe backlot.

Roadside, Belarus
While Coulson and Ward investigate the town square, Skye and FitzSimmons are left behind in the van and get attacked. Their van is pushed off the side of the road by another van. Since the production was filming on the Universal Studios backlot, there is good reason to believe this stunt was also filmed there. The best candidate for a location is on the top of the hill off Kirk Douglas Drive, above the rest of the studio.
