Coulson and his team break into the Centipede Facility in Hong Kong in an attempt to stop Scorch.

The exteriors and some of the interiors (apparently everything minus the Centipede Lab) were filmed at The Exchange (formerly the Pacific Exchange–a California regional stock exchange in existence from 1882 to 2002), located at 233 S. Beaudry Ave in Los Angeles. The main action occurred on the Miramar Street side of the building.
