Shot on location in Karachi City, Pakistan.
The Main on End Titles for episode 4 & 5, which were created by Perception (see full article here), feature imagery from in and around Karachi City, Pakistan. This imagery was also used in the Main on End Titles for episode 6, mixed with the credits shot in Jersey City for episodes 1-3.
Some of the credit blocks have alternate color applications for the same person across various episodes (for example red background with blue highlights, versus purple background with green highlights). This level of detail is not documented here.
Co-Executive Producer Trevor Waterson
This block-like building is currently unidentified.

Decorated Bus Parking Lot (no credit)
While it might be possible to ascertain this parking lot for tour buses, it has not been done as yet. It does appear to be the same location from the credit screen for Nirma Bucha.

Co-Executive Producer Freddy Syborn
Much like Freddy’s credit in the Jersey City version of these credits, this one also features a train. This was most likely captured from the Pakistan Railways Bridge, next to the Karachi City Station.

Shot at the #1 platform of the actual Karachi Railway Station, not to be confused with the Karachi City Station.

This mostly nondescript wall has not yet been identified, but presumably is a section of wall along Shahrah-e-Liaquat (aka the Burns Road Food Street) near Court Rd where a wall bedecked with murals exists. If that is the correct location it is probably the same location that a similar mural shot from episode 4 was filmed.

Camel (no credit)
While camels may seem indicative of Middle Eastern culture to some, it’s not like they’re roaming around the city. MCU: Location Scout is going out on a limb to hypothesize that this shot of a camel is from Clifton Beach, where camel rides are available.

Street and Motorized Rickshaw (no credit)
This series of quick images from the back of a motorized rickshaw (or tuk tuk) is not currently located, but is probably around one of the other locations from these credits.

This colorful building in the foreground is another example of the art deco heritage designs around the city of Karachi. While no street view of this building exists, it can be seen in several stock photo sites as well as this blog. It is 21 Rustam street in the New Chali neighborhood, while the building with the mural appears to be 28 Taj Mehal Centre, on Faiz Muhammad Fateh Ali Rd.
