After disappointing her parents, Kamala and Bruno sit on top of this rooftop with an Edison Electric sign (which is also the roof to the Circle Q). She mopes about her life, but Bruno provides a pep talk, and some Photon gloves.
In Episode 2, Kamala and Bruno have a training montage on top of the same roof.
While this set seems like it might have been shot on a soundstage, it is actually shot on top of the parking garage at 98 Cone St, converted to look like a building rooftop, complete with skylight. The distinctive border on the building on the right side of frame appears to be 83 Cone St.
