Norman Osborn is seen talking to his Goblin mask in this alley, before smashing it into pieces.

This particular alley happens to be in Los Angeles, off S. Broadway Street, and is the same alley that Tobey Maguire’s Peter Parker runs into when experimenting with his powers in the 2002 Spider-Man film.

Thanks to eagle-eyed Michael who also pointed out that while the alley looks like it was shot in Los Angeles, this is yet again another visual effect. They alley was shot in Atlanta with a bluescreen, with the street view digitally placed in later, as seen in the video Behind the Scenes, Bloopers, Deleted Scenes | Spider-Man: No Way Home – Blu-Ray [4K HD] on YouTube.
