Kate and Clint both exit Rockefeller Center (each in their own way) only to face “about a thousand” Tracksuit Mafia members on and around the iconic ice rink at Rockefeller Center.
As with the plaza for the Center, shots and background footage was captured at the ice rink, which has been featured in movies like Home Alone 2, Serendipity, and Elf. Behind the scenes footage also showed much of the fight on the ice took place in a soundstage with bluescreen setup to allow for the heavy effects and stunts performed in this sequence.
