Several quick establishing shots switch the location to focus on, apparently, the East Village, as Clint and Kate return back to the relative safety of Manhattan.

The location of the elevated subway track is in Brooklyn, at the intersection of W 6th St. and Shell Road. This the orange F train line, which operates between 179th Street in Jamaica, Queens and Stillwell Avenue in Coney Island, Brooklyn.

The final establishing shot is of the East Village Finest Deli which is on the corner (Avenue B and 4th St) across from Moira’s apartment where Kate and Clint were holed up.
