Fleeing Kate’s burning “apartment,” and the Tracksuit Mafia, the duo grab a subway car at the Chambers Street subway station, and ride to a local pharmacy.
The crew did a great job of making the Hoyt-Schermerhorn Street station (as seen in this video), look like Chambers Street. The big difference appears to be that Chambers Street stairs are flanked by iron girders painted blue, rather than the white tile columns seen at Hoyt-Schermerhorn.
A brief shot of a subway from episode 3, as the pair make their escape from the Tracksuit Mafia, appears to also have been shot in this station.
