Karli, Nico, and Dovich discuss next steps on one of the balconies in this courtyard. It’s also where she asks Sam to meet her (by coming alone) in order to make the offer to join her revolution.

A rather difficult find, but this appears to be the courtyard at 729 Dlouhá. The roof top on the south side of the courtyard appears to match the screenshot from the episode perfectly (4th image below).
