Two doors down from Wanda (on the right, as you are facing the house) lives Agnes (and her never-seen husband Ralph), where strange things are afoot, as they say. In reality, she turns out to be Agatha Harkness, another witch.
Her address is 2804 Sherwood Drive at the corner of Maple.
This house facade showed up for both WandaVision and in Agatha All Along and is famous for being the home of Samantha and Darrin Stephens in the TV series, Bewitched. It was filmed at the Warner Bros Ranch in Burbank, which was demolished after Agatha All Along completed filming.
The interiors of the house in WandaVision were filmed at a separate location in Georgia. For interiors in Agatha All Along they appear to be a mix of a practical interior at this facade and a studio creation.

Agatha “rescues” Wanda from Monica Rambeau and escorts her into her house. There, Wanda gets a strange feeling and begins to search the house for her boys, including venturing into the basement.
The secret room in the basement of the house was filmed on a soundstage, but the front room, kitchen, hallway, and basement steps were all part of a real house in Newnan, GA. This was a location that I had on my list of possible filming places, but had assumed (incorrectly) that it was to be used for the exteriors of Agatha’s house. Thanks to Lawrence Morris for correcting me on that error.

These interiors may have been partially filmed on the Warner Bros backlot, due to some of the exterior elements being seen through doors and windows. Otherwise, her house interior has been redesigned and filmed on a soundstage for this series.
ALLEY behind Agatha’s House
Catching the Teen stealing something from her house in Episode 1, Agatha (under a spell as Agnes) chases him over a back fence and through an alley, where he is hit by Mrs. Hart’s car. This same scene plays out in Episode 6, with the same scene occurring from the Teen’s point of view. House number 1088 can be viewed above one garage door.
This dark alley location has yet to be identified, but is presumed to be filmed somewhere in the Atlanta area.
