This extended chase has elements shot in both New York City as well as Rochester, with the finale ending up in Brooklyn!
After the ride through Chinatown, Spider-Man gets back on the tow truck, now realizing he needs to end this chase so he can make his graduation ceremony.
The shots of Spidey on the hood of the truck were filmed on Plymouth Street in Brooklyn, between Anchorage Place and Washington Street.

Spider-Man begins punching the glass of the front window in order to get Sytsevich to stop. He then notices the bus that the tow truck is about to hit, which will crush a father and daughter crossing the street. The accident was shot at the intersection of Adams Street and Plymouth Street, under the Manhattan Bridge.

Sytsevitch flees the scene with the last vial of plutonium, but Spider-Man quickly pursues and webs him up, taking the plutonium back to the authorities, and trying to get to his graduation in time. The final standoff was filmed along Anchorage Place just next to the Manhattan Bridge
