After seeing MJ with her new boyfriend outside the theater, Peter runs into an Alley to change into his Spider-Man costume (in an homage to Superman, as he rips open his shirt to reveal the spider logo on his chest).
As with the previous shots in this sequence, this too was filmed on the backlot of Universal Studios, specifically the alley off West Village St.
