This is the famous Rooftop Gardens of Rockefeller Center in New York, specifically the one on the South tower. St Patrick’s Cathedral is the large church that dominates the background. This rooftop garden was also featured in the Netflix Daredevil series, where Kingpin met with Madame Gao.
