The Goblin kidnaps Mary Jane and flies her onto the top of the Queensboro Bridge, offering Spider-Man a herculean choice: save the woman he loves or a gondola full of citizens.

While the Queensboro Bridge served as the background plates for this sequence, the majority of filming was either done on the soundstage, with a hydraulic gondola, or fully CGI. This bridge has been featured in several other Marvel projects, including Netflix’s Jessica Jones and Spider-Man: No Way Home.
