The establishing shot of the limo driving past was filmed on 12th Street NW, Washington, DC, outside the Environmental Protection Agency. This is very close to an establishing shot of a limo driving on Pennsylvania Avenue, which was used in Captain America: Brave New World. They may have both been filmed at the same time.

Val is distressed to learn that her plan to eliminate her agents at the Vault failed. Luckily, the limo driver turns out to be Alexei, who now must warn Yelena.

It took some figuring, but these shots of the limo along a “Washington, DC” street were filmed outside the Georgia World Congress, along Andrew Young International Blvd NW in Atlanta. As Val is stepping out of the limo, the distinctive reddish brown platform outside Building B is visible.
