After finding new details on Sterns’ mind control plan at Camp Echo One, Sam, Joaquin, and Ruth take their findings to Commander Dunphy, who provides them with a few minutes to speak with Sidewinder.

BUNKER

When I first saw this film and this shot appeared claiming this was Norfolk, VA, I may have laughed out loud. Having grown up in Southern California, this had San Pedro written all over it. This bunker is the Battery 127 at the White Point Nature Preserve in San Pedro. It was originally a large turret gun for defending the west coast and part of Fort MacArthur.

TRAINING FACILITY

The subsequent footage of the Navy training facility is nearby, also part of Fort MacArthur. This is the Nike Missile site, LA-43 C, located just south of the main Fort and north of the Korean Friendship Bell in Angels Gate Park.
