Dr. Glenn, allow me to introduce Mayor and Mrs. Fisk.

In episode 2, there’s a fake-out, as Heather’s new patient is the Mayor and his wife, not the creepy guy she met at the bookstore. The couple is here for therapy to mend a broken relationship between them. Fisk and Vanessa return a couple of times for therapy. Episode 7 has Heather seeing Bastion, aka Muse, who attacks and attempts to kill the therapist.

Interior

This is most certainly a soundstage location, even though this has not yet been confirmed. But based on the details outside the windows in episode 7, as well as some interior images of the building, it is highly doubtful that this interior was filmed on location.
