Not having reconnected with Jessica after her murder of Alisa in the previous season, Trish follows her investigator friend to see what she’s up to.

Jessica stops at a hot dog cart when she is spied upon by Trish, who thinks she’s concealing herself outside the barber shop across the street. Filmed on the Upper East Side, this sequence was shot on Lexington Avenue between 1377 and 1364.

Jessica ditches Trish, but soon collapses from complications brought on by her previous stabbing and the removal of her spleen.

Trish finds Jessica on the sidewalk and calls 911 before leaving to let other bystanders take over. Jesscia’s collapse was around the corner from the scene above, at 150 E 91st Street, which is identified as “49th and 10th” In-Universe.
