Wilson Fisk’s Island (Dream) | MCU Location Scout

I hate the feeling of sand between my toes.

Fleeting visions of Wilson and herself come to Vanessa as she lies close to death. While many have assumed these are flashbacks, the aspect ratio of the episode doesn’t change for these the same way as it does for other scenes. That appears to indicate that these are Vanessa’s dreams (or wishful thinking) of how she wants to spend her time with her husband after he retires.

There are several sandy beach areas in the New York vicinity, including The Crescent Beach Club in Bayville, but it’s uncertain which location was utilized for these brief scenes. Visual effects were certainly used to provide the tropical mountain behind Wilson’s head.
