So just text me Kozlov’s address and stay home.

Discovering that Dr. Koslov leased the IGH facility, Jessica heads out of town to confront him. She learns that he has recently passed away when she walks in on a memorial service at his house.

This location was a long time coming. I had a good idea that it was somewhere in the Plandome/Manhasset area, but tracking it down was a lot harder than Jessica makes it seem. It’s located on a road called The Ridge and doesn’t appear to have a fence, as seen in the episode. Presumably, that was added for filming.
