While their adventure with Jayden and Esteban is underway, Janelle calls Simon to let him know that Von Kovak is leaving town tomorrow, and the audition is happening now.

This brief shot of Janelle on the stairs proved harder to find than expected. With the Hollywood sign prominently featured in the background, there could only be so many places this could have been shot. Eventually, Columbia Square, at Sunset and Gower, just outside the Paramount building, was discovered. No good Street View exists, but some photos taken by visitors do show the stairway in question.
