Merdeka 118

The film opens with Yelena diving off a giant skyscraper in Malaysia, only to open a parachute.

The production famously filmed on the 2nd largest building in the world, after the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, named Merdeka 118. According to behind-the-scenes featurettes, Florence Pugh was rigged on top of the building and actually stepped off to begin the stunt.

Rooftop

Yelena parachutes onto a rooftop, where she incapacitates a guard and enters the building.

This is currently presumed to have been filmed on the rooftop of the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center. The Petronas Twin Towers are behind Yelena as she comes in for a landing, and the Kuala Lumpur Tower can be seen in the second image below.

OXE Labs

Inside the building, Yelena takes care of several more guards before detaining a lab tech whom she hopes will get her into a secure room so she can destroy some files.

The interiors of the lab, both at the beginning of the film and towards the end, were filmed on a soundstage.

Street

Having rescued a guinea pig and planted an explosive in the lab, Yelena takes a call along a Malaysian street as the labs explode behind her.

This was filmed on Medan Pasar, looking north towards the Menara Pacific Place building. The filmmakers actually planted explosives on the facade of the building, as seen in behind-the-scenes footage, creating a practical explosion.
