Using the stolen prisoner transport, Coulson sneaks a small team into the HYDRA Enlightenment Cultivation Center (HECC) to rescue Antoine Triplett.

All the locations from this episode were filmed at the South Campus of Cal Poly Pomona. This part of the campus was once the Lanterman Developmental Center (LDC), a residential healthcare facility for the developmentally disabled until its closing. Now it is rented out for film productions. It was seen previously in part of Agents of SHIELD Season 3. The main entrance to the HECC is located off Crescent Drive in the center of the campus.
