During Ross’s acceptance speech, Sam Wilson, aka Captain America, enjoys a drink in a local bar while news broadcasts provide the current state of the world necessary for the plot of the film.

The Delkwood Grill in Marietta, Georgia provides the proper mix of bar and Americana to portray Abe’s Bar. Their website still lists information about the restaurant, but according to Google Maps, this location is permanently closed.
