Mayor Fisk invites Heather and, by proxy, Matt, to his inaugural Black & White Ball. It is crashed, rather unceremoniously, by Benjamin Poindexter, who takes it upon himself to assassinate the Mayor, or at least try.

The location hosting the Black & White Ball is Weylin, which is an event venue within the Williamsburg Savings Bank. The building was designated a Historic Landmark in 1980, with the current event venue being created in 2011.
