A giant hole in a street in New York.

I want you to stop what you’re doing and fill that hole.

Spending his morning doing a series of boring meet-and-greets, Mayor Fisk is stuck in traffic due to a large pothole in the street (which was totally caused by a superhero fight). He hops out of the car and uses his mayoral power to get it fixed, much to the delight of the onlookers.

The camera drifts down, showing cars entering the Hugh L Carey Tunnel (aka the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel) to Manhattan. The road is Woodhull Street, where it turns back on itself outside the Brooklyn Battery. Hopefully, no actual traffic jam was created for the people of New York during filming.
